Letter No.: 1834-FO Date: 03-08-2023 SPEAKING ORDER Pursuant to the order of Hon'ble Patna High Court passed in CWJC No-8463 of 2018 and the representation submitted by Sri. Manindra Kishore Singh, it is noted that the claim for making payment of Group Insurance amount with 12.5% compound interest thereon has already been paid amounting to Rs. 1,74,412/- dated 06.09.2018 In addition to above, all other retiral benefits and arrear claims like Gratuity, Leave Encashment, 6th & 7th CPC Pension arrear difference, Salary difference arrears on account of ACP/MACP and prior to Nov-92 have also been paid and there is nothing due to be paid against his representation. As such, the representation of Sri. Manindra Kishore Singh is accordingly disposed of.
