Case No.7 of 2014 instituted under Sections-363, 365, 504, 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The attention of the Court is drawn to the statement of the victim girl recorded under Section-164 Cr.P.C. wherein she has herself stated that she has on her own will gone with the petitioner and she wanted to marry with the petitioner. She has also stated that she does not want to return.
