The petitioner is seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 214/2018 registered under Sections 341/323/504/147/506/379/498 of the Indian Penal Code and section 3⁄4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner wants resolution of disputes amicably and for that reason he is willing to visit the Maike of the opposite party no. 2 to bring her back to his matrimonial home. It is further submitted that on instruction that petitioner is ready and willing to take care of opposite party no. 2 and to keep her with full

On this statement having been made by learned counsel for the petitioner, learned counsel representing the opposite party no. 2 submits that even opposite party no. 2 is willing to restore the matrimonial relationship and is ready to go with the petitioner.

In the aforesaid view of the matter as submitted at the bar the petitioner will go to the Maike of opposite party no. 2 within a period of three weeks from today after giving prior information to jurisdictional Officer In-charge of the concerned Police Station within whose jurisdiction the opposite party no. 2 resides. He will go fully prepared to bring opposite party no. 2 to his matrimonial home and shall keep her with full dignity and care.

Subject to the aforesaid condition, in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks, let the above-named petitioner be enlarged on bail furnishing bail bond of Rs. 15,000/- (Rupees Fifteen Thousand only) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Ara Muffasil P.S. Case No. 214/2018 in connection with learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Ara, subject to condition prescribed under Section 438(2) of the Code of
