KUMAR) Date : 01-12-2020 This public interest litigation was registered on the basis of letter bearing no. 2310 dated 08.04.2016 of the Special Secretary, Law & Justice Department, Govt. of Bihar, Patna, addressed to all the District & Sessions Judge, Bihar.

From perusal of the counter affidavit, it appears that necessary steps have been taken for providing basic infrastructure facilities within the premises of Civil Court

Patna High Court CWJC No.9129 of 2016 dt.01-12-2020 2/2 such as toilet, drinking water, to all judicial officers, advocates and litigants as well as separate toilets for female officers and female litigants, ramp for handicapped and lift in court building.

For the reasons as stated above, no purpose would be served by continuing the present proceeding any further, as such same is disposed of.

Liberty reserved to any public spirited person to approach the Court, if the need so rises subsequently on the same and subsequent cause of action.
