2. This Cr. Misc. application has been filed for cancellation of bail granted to O.P. No.2 vide order dated 18.05.2024 passed by learned Additional District & Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge (POCSO), Biharsharif, Nalanda in POCSO Case No.20 of 2024 in connection with Hilsa P.S. Case No.72 of 2024.

3. After some argument, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this case may be disposed of with direction to the learned trial court to expedite the disposal of the trial and the petitioner shall assist the court in this regard.

4. Learned A.P.P. for the State has no objection to this prayer of the petitioner.
