2. Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

3. This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Warisnagar (Mathurarpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 75/2023 registered under section 392 of Indian Penal Code.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is said to have involved in loot. Petitioner is in custody since 23.03.2023.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the period of custody, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on completion of nine months in custody and on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Samastipur in connection with Warisnagar (Mathurarpur O.P.) P.S. Case No. 75/2023.

8. The petitioner will visit Kalyanpur police station on the first Sunday of each month. Any default in appearance at the Police Station would result in cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner.
