The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Bettiah Town P.S. Case No.506 of 2018, registered for the offence under Sections 354, 504, 509/34 of the Indian Penal Code. The accusation is that while the informant Nikhita Kumari, student of B.Sc. II Part of M.J.K.College, Bettiah as well as General Secretary of Student Union, had gone in the office of student Union for taking practical copy, the petitioner and co-accused Mukesh Kumar, who were present there from before, started misbehaving and taunting on the informant and on protest, at the gate of the said College, accused persons again committed the same act.

No.48163 of 2019(3) dt.27-11-2019 2/2 Submission is that in fact, the petitioner is student of the said college and he was President of the student union and the informant was also General Secretary at that time and due to some dispute arose in the meeting of the union, the informant lodged the present case. Further submission is that the petitioner is also accused in three cases, as detailed in paragraph-3 of the bail petition and paragraph-2 of the supplementary affidavit, but in all cases, the petitioner is on bail. In the present case, the petitioner is in custody since 12.04.2019.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Bettiah Town P.S.
