The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Complaint Case No. 551 of 2013 registered under section 498A and 323 of the Indian Penal Code.

Petitioner is ready to keep his wife with full dignity and honour.

Considering the fact that petitioner is ready to keep his wife, petitioner is directed to surrender in the court below within a period of four weeks from today and the court below learned S.D.J.M, Sherghati, Gaya shall enlarge the petitioner on provisional bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to his own

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.34861 of 2014 (2) dt.12-03-2015 2/2 satisfaction in complaint case No. 551 of 2013 and issue notice to the complainant. The court below shall make all effort to resolve the dispute and if the dispute is resolved the provisional bail granted to the petitioner shall be confirmed and if the dispute is not resolved and the complaint neither is not ready to live with the petitioner then the court below shall pass order in accordance with law on its own merit.
