The petitioner seeks bail in Daudnagar P.S. Case No. 282 of 2019, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018.

211 litres of illicit liquor has been recovered from a Maruti car and Apache Motorcycle.

It is submitted that name of petitioner has come on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Dhiraj Kumar. No recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. Petitioner has got criminal antecedent of similar nature and he is in custody since 31.07.2021. Investigation is complete.
