JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 09-02-2024 The present petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 1.5.2023, passed in CWJC No. 11526 of 2022, to the extent that the time, granted to the petitioner to file appeal, be extended by a further period of two weeks from today.

The learned counsel for the Respondents submits that by way of last chance, the petitioner may be granted some time for filing appropriate appeal, however, no further extension of time be granted, in case the petitioner defaults in filing appeal. 3.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case and considering the averments made in the present petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant further two weeks' time from

Patna High Court MJC No.1906 of 2023(3) dt.09-02-2024 2/2 today, to the petitioner to file appropriate appeal, failing which his right to file appeal shall stand forfeited. 4.

The present petition stands disposed off with the aforesaid modification in the order dated 1.5.2023, passed in CWJC No. 11526 of 2022.
