The petitioner seeks bail in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 365/14 registered for offences punishable under Section 354 of the Indian Penal Code.
The informant made allegation that the petitioner touched private part of his daughter aged about two and half years. It is submitted that the petitioner is brother-in-law of the informant. There is a dispute with regard to partition of the house. The informant wants to grab the flat of her father-in-law, Harendra Prasad Singh. The petitioner, being nephew of Harendra Singh, is looking after him and that is why the informant, who has series of litigation against her father-in-law, has lodged this false case.

No.45244 of 2014 (2) dt.03-03-2015 2 / 2 Considering the facts and nature of the allegation and the fact that the petitioner is uncle of the victim and the petitioner is in jail since 25.08.2014, he is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Patna in connection with Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 365/14.
