Patna High Court CWJC No.11132 of 2025(7) dt.01-04-2026 2/2 the present writ petition is disposed of at the stage of admission with the consent of both the Counsels.

Having regard to the fact that the petitioners have already given the representations dated 14.05.2025 and 24.05.2025 (Annexures P/3 & P/4) ventilating their grievances before the Managing Director, Bihar State Food & Civil Supply Corporation Limited, Khadya Bhawan, Daroga Rai Path, RBlock, Road No. 2, Patna i.e. Respondent No. 4 herein, the present writ petition is disposed of directing the Respondent No. 4 herein to consider the representations dated 14.05.2025 and 24.05.2025 (Annexures P/3 & P/4) made by the petitioners and pass necessary orders strictly in accordance with law as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of 08 weeks from the date of the receipt of the copy of this order. Any order passed shall be communicated to the party.

3. With the above directions, the present Writ Petition stands disposed of.
