The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 409, 420, 467, 468, 120(B)/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R, the petitioner is alleged to have obtained appointment to the post of Special Survery Amin on the basis of forged and fabricated documents.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioner that petitioner is innocent and he has falsely been implicated in the present case. in the background

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47572 of 2022(2) dt.14-12-2022 2/2 of some land dispute, the present F.I.R has been registered. It is further submitted that petitioner is terminated from concerned department and concerned department issued a letter to terminate. A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the facts and circumstance of the case, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the Court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten Thousands) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M, Nalanda in connection with Harnaut P.S. Case No. 78 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
