1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Khusrupur P.S. Case No. 301 of 2020 registered under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

3. Submission of learned counsel for the petitioner is that earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected by this Court vide order dated 02.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60367 of 2022.

4. Learned A.P.P. appearing on behalf of the State opposed the prayer of the petitioner by contending that no fresh ground is made out on behalf of the petitioner to reconsider the prayer for grant of anticipatory bail. Further he submits that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47170 of 2023(2) dt.26-07-2023 2/2 earlier prayer of the petitioner for grant of anticipatory bail was rejected on merit by this Court vide order dated 02.02.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 60367 of 2022.

5. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the State, this Court is not inclined to reconsider the prayer for grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, prayer of the petitioner is again rejected.
