Case No. 304 of 2012.

The counsel for the State with reference to the statements made in the counter affidavit including Annexure-A and B appended thereto has submitted that the requisite information(s) available with the respondents was/were furnished to the petitioner.

Be that as it may, since no one has appeared on behalf of the petitioner to press the application, the same is dismissed for want of prosecution.
