The present petition has been filed with a prayer for early disposal of Eviction Suit No. 16 of 2015, pending in the Court of Mufassil West, Muzaffarpur.

Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the eviction suit has been filed six years before, but only routine orders have been passed and there is no progress in the suit. If it is so, the learned court below is directed to

Patna High Court C.Misc. No.399 of 2021(3) dt.23-12-2021 2/2 expedite the eviction suit, subject to legal or procedural impediment if any.

With these observations, this civil miscellaneous is disposed of.

Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time provided in para-1 hereinabove, failing which the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
