JUSTICE RAMESH KUMAR DATTA ORAL ORDER 16-03-2016 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned counsel for the Magadh University.

Learned counsel for the petitioner points out certain anomalies in calculations made as per the calculation chart particularly claim no. 12 which is for one month but shows the calculations of admissible and paid amounts for six months period. He also points out to the difference of calculations of arrears claim made by the petitioner and that made by the University but the same does not appear to be substantiated and

Patna High Court MJC No.116 of 2013 (5) dt.16-03-2016 2/2 may have been on account of various reasons including the deductions of taxes at source.

Be that as it may, the opposite parties appear to have substantially complied with the order under contempt. The contempt application is, accordingly, dismissed. In case of any further difference on account of calculations, it shall be open to the petitioner to approach the authorities of the Magadh University for rectification of the same which shall be paid expeditiously, if so found.
