2. Petitioner is accused in a case registered for the offences under Section 302 and other allied Sections of the Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act. He is named in the First Information Report along with eight others as the one who along with Kailash Yadav, Yamun Yadav and Sintu Yadav surrounded the deceased whereafter accused no. 1 Raja Yadav, Accused No. 2 Ranjeet Yadav and Accused No. 5 Guddu Yadav are said to have fired upon him. There are three gun shot injuries on the body of the deceased.

3. Let, petitioner, named above, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.5,000/-(Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of 3rd A.D.J.,
