BAJANTHRI) 08-05-2025 The present M.J.C./Contempt Petition has been filed for non-compliance of the order dated 08.03.2022 passed in C.W.J.C. No. 6980 of 2021 and another connected matter.

2. Limited direction to the petitioner is to approach the concerned authority by means of filing a representation within a period of four weeks from 08.03.2022. The petitioner is stated to have filed representation and it was required to be

3. Perusal of Annexure-P-3, dated 30.05.2022 to the M.J.C./Contempt Petition, it is evident that the petitioner's grievance has been redressed, while refunding certain amount. Be that as it may, having regard to the fact that the concerned authority has redressed the grievance of the petitioner insofar as consideration of his representation. If the petitioner is still disputing insofar as non-compliance, scope of contempt petition cannot be enlarged and it has to be restricted to whatever the direction or order passed in the original writ petition. Therefore, the present M.J.C./Contempt Petition stands dropped reserving liberty to the to assail the order dated 30.05.2022 (Annexure-P-3 to the M.J.C./Contempt Petition).
