The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Turkauliya (Banjaria) P.S. Case No. 131 of 2020 for the offences registered under Sections 363, 366, 120(B), 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted by the learned counsel for the petitioner that minor victim had accompanied her elder sister, who got married to one Vivek Sharma and both the sister had gone to Lucknow and stayed in the house of the petitioner. Thereafter, one of the petitioners has brought the minor girl in her village. In the facts and circumstances, learned counsel for

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let petitioner above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, East Champaran, Motihari in connection with Turkauliya (Banjaria) P.S.
