2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 271 of 2025 for the offence registered under sections 80 of BNS lodged on 03.04.2025 by the informant, Suresh Pal.

3. As per the prosecution story, the informant alleged that the victim lady was married to Sonu Pal in the year 2024 but was always tortured for dowry and on the fateful day, came to know about her death and as such, the FIR, believing that she has been killed after beating her/strangulation.

4. Learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that though it is a case of suicide, since the post-mortem report shows

He submits that though the same is not recorded in the petition, he has been instructed to get the same recorded with the condition that if the said statement is untrue, the informant shall be free to take steps for cancellation of the present bail bond.

5. The further submission is that the lady is the motherin-law, 60 years old, had no role to play in the dispute between the couple, she shall be diligently appearing in trial.

6. Learned counsel for the informant is appearing and he has taken this Court to the learned Sessions Judge order to show that sign of beating/strangulation is/are there in the postmortem report.

Allegation is there, it is unfortunate that a twenty four years old lady who had decades to live in a normal condition, is no more, that too, within a year of her marriage, role of husband cannot be ignored, as per the submission, he is already in jail since 04.07.2025. It has been submitted that the lady shall be cooperating in the investigation, shall be diligently appearing in trial, in that background, this Court is inclined to grant her the anticipatory bail with conditions.

7. Let the petitioner in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail of Rs.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.44569 of 2025(3) dt.17-10-2025 3/3 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned A.C.J.M.-1, Mohania, Kaimur in connection with Mohania P.S. Case No. 271 of 2025 subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.

(i) one of the bailor should be the family members/relatives of the petitioner, who shall provide official document to show her bona fide;

(ii) the petitioner shall appear on each and every date before the Trial court and failure to do so for two consecutive dates without plausible reason will entail cancellation of her bail bond by the Trial court itself;

(iii) the petitioner shall in no way try to induce or promise or threat the witnesses or tamper with the evidences, failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds;

(iv) the petitioner shall desist from committing any criminal offence again failing which the State shall be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of the bail bonds. (Rajiv Roy, J) Vijay Singh/- U T
