The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief(s):- "1(I) For, issuance of appropriate writ in the nature of mandamus directing the respondent no.4 to immediately process the loan application of the petitioner and if found eligible, sanction loan of Rs.4 lacs, under the Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana Scheme, for which the petitioner had applied on 23.10.17."

2. At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative
