This application for anticipatory bail arises out of Nawanagar (Sonbarsa) P.S. Case No.254 of 2020 for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the fact that the injury sustained by the injured is simple in nature and also the fact that other accused persons have been arrested, this anticipatory bail application is allowed.

Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest/surrender within four weeks from today in the Court
