The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 447, 448, 323, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is a case of assaulting due to which informant's son, namely, Anil Kumar sustained cut injury as is apparent from the impugned order.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that good sense has been prevailed between the parties as is apparent from the impugned order dated

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.57014 of 2021(2) dt.06-07-2022 2/2 28.08.2021. Petitioners have got clean antecedent. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned ACJM-VI, Sitamarhi in connection with Riga P.S.
