17-03-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties through video conferencing.

The petitioner seeks bail in K.Hat (Sahayak) P.S. Case No. 317 of 2020, registered for the offence under Sections 419 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the prosecution case, all the FIR named persons including this petitioner under a conspiracy withdrew money from the account of the informant.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. Name of petitioner has surfaced during course of investigation. It is further submitted that petitioner has no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 02.07.2020. However, learned A.P.P. for the State opposed the bail application and submitted that apart from the other articles, ATM card of the informant was recovered from the possession of the petitioner.
