2. Learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that though the bail petition of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 25.09.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 36869 of 2024 but the case of the petitioner is on better footing than that of coaccused Suraj Kumar (The CSP Operator), who has been granted provisional bail by a co-ordinate Bench of this Court vide order dated 22.04.2025 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 89518 of 2024 on the ground of assurance of Suraj Kumar to refund the money of the depositors.

3. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, let the petitioner above-named be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.52923 of 2025(2) dt.01-08-2025 2/2 of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Lakhisarai in connection with Lakhisarai (Amhara) P.S. Case No. 970 of 2023, subject to the condition that the petitioner shall cooperate in the disposal of trial and make himself available as and when required by the court.
