JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 23-11-2022 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. Prayer for bail of this petitioner was earlier rejected by this court vide order dated 24.01.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 49817/ 2021.

The trial court report reveals that out of eight chargesheeted witnesses five witnesses have already been examined and the case is fixed for prosecution evidence. Petitioner is in custody since 18.10.2020.

Learned counsel appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

Considering the facts of the case, tardy progress of the trial and the period of custody of the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount
