JUSTICE PRABHAT KUMAR SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-12-2021 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P for the State through video conferencing. The petitioner seeks bail in Bidupur P.S. Case No. 286 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable punishable under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2018. 424 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from house of this petitioner.

It is submitted that no recovery has been made from conscious possession of this petitioner. The house in question is in joint possession of family. Petitioner is in custody since 11.06.2021 having no criminal antecedent, as stated in para 3 of the petition. Investigation is complete.

Considering the period of custody coupled with the
