The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 420, 406 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

Allegedly, it is a case of non-execution of deed in spite of taking consideration money by the petitioners in favour of the informant.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the petitioners have falsely been implicated in this case. He further submits that the deed, as alleged, came for execution just

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.47556 of 2022(2) dt.15-12-2022 2/2 before in the year 1997. He further submits that it is a case of civil in nature and in this respect a civil suit is also pending in the competent Court for deciding this matter. Petitioners have clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid submissions, let the petitioners above named, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned CJM, Aurangabad (Bihar) in connection with Madanpur Police Station Case No.219 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
