====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ASHUTOSH KUMAR ORAL ORDER 13-07-2021 Heard Mr. Yogesh Chandra Verma, learned Senior Advocate for the petitioner and the learned APP for the State.

The petitioner seeks bail in anticipation of his arrest in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 224 of 2020 dated 17.07.2020 instituted for the offences under Sections 341, 323, 504, 307, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The informant as well as his sister-in-law are said to have been assaulted by the petitioner and others. It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the occurrence arose out of a small dispute when the informant was making efforts to pacify the warring parties. The injuries suffered by the victims are stated to be simple in nature. The petitioner is a

Regard being had to the aforestated facts and taking into account the clean antecedent of the petitioner, he is directed to be released on bail, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, on his furnishing bail bonds in the sum of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-VI, Danapur, Patna in connection with Bikram P.S. Case No. 224 of 2020, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
