JUSTICE AMARESH KUMAR LAL ORAL ORDER 14-07-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the State. This is the second attempt of the petitioner seeking bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 498A and 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

The allegation is that the petitioner fired upon his wife causing injury on her. It appears that the informant was described earlier that she was not being liked by the petitioner. The case diary is available and the doctor has also found injury caused by fire arms. A report was called for from the trial court which goes to show that charges has already been framed against the petitioner and the trial is likely to be concluded within a period of nine months.

Considering the facts and circumstances, in my
