The petitioners seek bail in Spl. Case No. 4926 of 2019 arising out of GRP Rail P.S. Danapur Case No. 69 of 2019, instituted for the offence under Section(s) 30(a) of Bihar Madhya Nisedh and Excise Amendment Act, 2018. It is alleged in the written report that 20 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from possession of the petitioners.

Petitioners are in custody since 30.5.2019 having clean antecedent.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.45194 of 2019(2) dt.25-07-2019 2/2 the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise Act, Patna, in connection with Spl. Case No. 4926 of 2019 arising out of GRP Rail P.S. Danapur Case No. 69 of 2019, subject to the condition that both the bailors will be the close relatives of the petitioners.
