Heard the learned senior counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Choutarwa P.S. Case No. 31/2020 registered for offence punishable under sections 406 and 409/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that as per report of the District Magistrate, the entire work in respect whereof the FIR was registered, has been completed. He

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42493 of 2021(3) dt.18-07-2022 2/2 has also submitted that considering these facts, the coordinate Bench has granted anticipatory bail to the other co-accused persons in Cr. Misc. No.2032 of 2021, vide order dated 03.11.2021.

Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, specially the entire work has been completed, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-I, Bagaha, West Champaran, Bettiah in connection with Choutarwa P.S. Case No. 31/2020, subject to condition as laid down under section 438(2) Cr. P.C. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
