2. The present application has been preferred for the following relief(s):

(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ for quashing of the order contained in clause 2 of the letter no. 614 dated 21-3-2023 (Anx.- 3) issued under the signature of the respondent no. 2 by which it has been directed that for the post of Professional Director of Zila Central Co-operative Bank, the persons with at least five years experience and qualification in the field of 5 areas mentioned in the said letter would be eligible. It has further been provided

Patna High Court CWJC No.11702 of 2023(4) dt.10-02-2025 2/2 that if the candidate with requisite eligibility/qualification is not available then the action would be taken in the light of Sub Rule. (ii) For issuance of an appropriate writ directing and commanding the respondents to give the petitioner all consequential benefits after quashing the aforesaid portion of the letter no.614 dated 21-3-2023 (Anx.-3) including to declare the petitioner elected for the post of Director, Professional Category (Backward Class) of Zila Central Co-operative Bank, Motihari, East Champaran by issuing / granting the petitioner Certificate to the said effect.

3. On 30.09.2024, one week's time was granted to remove the defect.

4. As the same was not removed and it being a peremptory order, the case stands dismissed on 07.10.2024.
