2. The petitioner, who was duly appointed as Data Entry Operator on 03.07.2023 by the Head Master, High School, Parsagadh vide letter No. 83(I), has been discharging his duties with the entire satisfaction of the authorities concerned. However, all of a sudden by the impugned letter No. 1626 dated 20.08.2024 issued by the office of District Education Officer, Saran he has been blacklisted along with another Data Entry Operator.
3. Learned Advocate for the petitioner submitted that no reason, whatsoever, has been assigned as to why the petitioner has been blacklisted. He further submits that the petitioner has also been deprived from remuneration for the period he discharged his duty as Data Entry Operator-cum-

4. Learned Advocate for the State submitted that for ventilating the grievance, the petitioner has already approached before the District Magistrate, Saran at Chhapra, the copy of which is also marked as Annexure-P/8.
5. Considering the nature of the grievance, this Court does not find any reason or occasion to interfere in the matter, however, since the petitioner has already approached before the concerned District Magistrate, Saran at Chapra by filing a detailed representation, the same is required to be brought to its logical conclusion, preferably within a period of twelve weeks from the date of receipt/production of copy of this order.
