In this case, the petitioners are seeking anticipatory bail in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No.63 of 2017, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 427 of the Indian Penal Code.
There is case and counter case between the parties. Specific allegation has been made against the petitioner nos. 1 and 2 to have caused injury by rod to the informant and his son. Allegation against the petitioner nos. 3 and 4 are general and omnibus in nature.

No.34002 of 2017 (2) dt.31-07-2017 2/2 Looking to the aforesaid facts, let the above-named petitioner nos. 3 and 4 be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of six weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand Only) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, in connection with Chandauti P.S. Case No.63 of 2017, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure. So far as the bail of petitioner nos. 1 and 2 is concerned, the same is rejected.
