In view of the second supplementary show cause filed today, it appears that vide memo no. 270 dated 3.5.2017, the District Fisheries Officer-cum-Chief Executive Officer- Vaishali has withdrawn the order by which the adversary of the petitioner

Patna High Court MJC No.5616 of 2013 (17) dt.08-05-2017 2/2 was settled with the pond. It thus appears that the authorities have now rectified their wrong which had occasioned this petitioner to come to this Court.

There being substantial compliance of the order passed by this Court, the contempt application is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner if so advised to raise any issue before the authorities.
