The petitioners seek bail in a case for the offence punishable under Sections 307, 379, 448, 504/34, 325, 323, 341 of the Indian Penal Code.

The allegation against the petitioners is to have entered into the house of the informant, assaulted the inmates of the house, snatched ornaments and took away money.

It is submitted that there is enmity between both the parties. There is no allegation of repetition of blow. The injuries are simple in nature. After investigation chargesheet has already been submitted and there is no chance of tampering with the witnesses. The petitioners are also accused in a case in which they are on bail. Considering the facts and circumstances of this case, the above-named petitioners are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44375 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in Kako P. S. Case no. 315 of 2013 after framing of charge with the following conditions :

1. One of the bailors will be the close relative of the petitioners.

2. The petitioners will not indulge in similar or in any other offence.

3.

The petitioners will be well represented in the court.

4. In case of absence for two consecutive dates or in violation of the terms of the bail, their bail bonds will be liable to be cancelled by the court concerned. (Amaresh Kumar Lal, J) sudip/- U T
