2. Petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 120 of 2023 dated 19.05.2023. registered for the offences punishable under Sections 419, 420, 467, 468, 471, 414 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 66(B),(C),(D) of the I.T. Act.

3. The main submissions advanced by learned counsel for the petitioner are that the petitioner has fair and clean antecedent and at the time of his arrest, one mobile phone and a paper sheet containing the names of different persons and other details are stated to have been recovered from the possession of this petitioner and it was believed by the police that the petitioner indulged in cheating the innocent persons by using

No.47401 of 2023(2) dt.01-08-2023 2/2 cyber methodology but in the present matter, no person came forward alleging any offence of cheating having been committed by this petitioner and the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 20.05.2023 and against him the investigation has been completed.

4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer.

5. Considering the above submissions and mainly the petitioner's fair and clean antecedent and completion of the investigation against him, in my opinion it is a fit case for bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named-above be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned in connection with Kashichak P.S. Case No. 120 of 2023.
