JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 03-03-2015 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner as well as learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the State. Informant is not an eye witness of the alleged occurrence but in course of investigation, it came to light that informant's son was in love with his maternal sister and both wanted to tie their knot but F.I.R named accused were against the aforesaid marriage and it appears that later on, informant's son as well as his maternal sister were killed.

Petitioner happens to be brother-in-law of F.I.R named accused Premnath Ravidas, who is father of the deceased girl, the remains of dead body of the son of informant were recovered on the basis of confessional statement of co-accused Suraj Ram, who happens to be brother of the deceased girl.

No.43944 of 2014 (3) dt.03-03-2015 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances of the case as well as relation of the petitioner with co-accused Premnath Ravidas, petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bhojpur at Arrah in connection with Piro P.S. Case No. 135 of 2013.
