The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 25.06.2014 passed in Complaint Case No. 91 (c ) of 2014 passed by the learned Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate, Barh, whereby summons were directed to be issued against the petitioner finding prima facie case to be made out against him under section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act.

It seems that the petitioner has lost interest in the matter.
