Petitioner seeks bail in connection with Manjhi Police Station Case No.81 of 2019 registered for the offences punishable under Section 376 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 4, 5, 6 of the POCSO Act pending in the court of learned Additional Sessions Judge-1st-cum-Special Judge, SC/ST, Saran.

Allegation against the petitioner is that he ravished to the informant.

Submission is that false implication is there due to dispute arising out of family property. Petitioner is agnate of the informant.

Considering the facts aforesaid, I am not inclined to
