Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the 04.03.2015.

State.

Petitioners are the mother, father-in-law of the deceased. They are in jail custody with effect from 05.09.2014. It is submitted on behalf of the petitioners that husband of the deceased Tuntun Yadav has surrendered in the court below on 19.12.2014. It is also submitted on behalf of the petitioners that deceased daughter-in-law has left behind a 10 month old child who is also being looked after by Petitioner No. 1. Let the court below verify the aforesaid fact and if true, Petitioner No. 1 be released on bail on furnishing bond of Rs. 5,000/- (Five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sri N.K. Priyadarshi, J.M. 1st Class, Banka in connection with

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.44213 of 2014 (2) dt.04-03-2015 2/2 Bounsi P.S. Case No. 122/2014. So far Petitioner No. 2 is concerned, his request for grant of bail be considered by the court below itself after he completes nine months in jail custody.
