Petitioners are apprehending their arrest in connection with Complain Case No.4399© of 2017 , registered for offences punishable under Sections 420, 406, 467, 468, 471 and 120(b) of the Indian Penal Code.

Prosecution case is that the petitioner in spite of taking amount has not registered the sale-deed in favour of the complainant.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that both the parties have jointly submitted that now the matter has been settled between the parties and the sale-deed has been executed. A joint petition has also been filed, which is

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioners, above named, surrender before the learned court below within a period of six weeks from the date of receipt of the order and on surrender, he will be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sub Judge cum ACJM- XVI, patna in connection with Complain Case No.4399 (C) of 2017 subject to conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
