17-11-2021 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

This is 2nd attempt for grant of bail on behalf of petitioner. Earlier, the bail petition of petitioner was rejected, vide order dated 25.03.2021 passed in Cr.Misc. No. 40522 of 2020 (Annexure 1).

On last occasion, vide order dated 06.10.2021, a report regarding stage of the trial was called for, which has been received and kept at flag 'R'. From perusal of the same, it appears that charge has been framed and summons have already been issued against non-official witnesses for their evidence. Taking into consideration the nature of accusation and progress of the trial, the bail petition of petitioner is rejected.
