2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that at para 3 it has been specifically pleaded that petitioner is a person with clean antecedent, as such, the defects pointed out by the office, are ignored.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner, after some argument, seeks permission to withdraw the prayer for anticipatory bail with liberty to the petitioner to surrender before the learned trial court within a period of four weeks from today and seek regular bail.

4. Permission is accorded.

5. The anticipatory bail application is dismissed as withdrawn in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 301 of 2014 pending in the Court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate,

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.49743 of 2025(2) dt.28-08-2025 2/2 Darbhanga with the liberty that if the petitioner surrenders before the learned trial court on or before 25.09.2025 in that event the learned trial court shall dispose of the case on the same day on its own merit in accordance with law without being prejudiced by any observation in the present order.
