In this case, the petitioner is seeking relief of salary from 30.6.2005 to May, 2008.

As the Government of Bihar has already framed Bihar Panchayat Elementary Teachers (Employment & Service Condition) Rule, 2006 where an appellate authority has been created for adjudication of all the issues with regard to payment of salary and other incidental matters, the petitioner may approach there and raise his

Patna High Court CWJC No.6691 of 2013 (4) dt.07-04-2016 grievance.

In such view of the matter, on account of availability of statutory alternative remedy, the petitioner may exhaust the same.

With the aforementioned observation, this application is disposed of.

If an appeal is filed by the petitioner, the appellate authority, after giving notices to all concerned, shall dispose of the same within a period of six months from the date of filing of the appeal.
