Learned counsel for the State is present.

Perusal of the record reveals that the petitioner is aggrieved by the alleged acts of omission and commission by the Chairman and Vice Chairman of the Nagar Parishad, Dumraon in the district Buxar.

Although the petitioner relies upon representation filed before the Principal Secretary present at Annexure-1 but in view of the law laid down by this Court in C.W.J.C.No.17721 of 2015 (Roop Narayan Vs. State of Bihar & Ors.) the complaint is not before the correct forum.

The writ petition is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to raise his grievance if so advised, before the appropriate forum.
