Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Sikraul P.S. Case No. 24 of 2020 registered for the offence punishable under section 414 of the Indian Penal Code and sections 25(1-b)a, 26 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not named in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case. Petitioner has no concern with the alleged recovered fire arm and live cartridges, as stated in paragraph 4 of the supplementary affidavit. Petitioner is a man of clean antecedent.
