The petitioner has been arrested in connection with Bisua P.S. Case No. 101 of 2014 registered under Sections 341, 307, 379 and 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted that allegation of assault by fasuli on the head of the informant, but nature of injury is shown to be simple in nature.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the above named petitioner is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Nawadah, in connection with Hisua P.S. Case No. 101 of 2014.
